He had a shop in Roxbury, MA as early as 1698. In 1718 he sold his Roxbury home and with his wife and younger children moved to Lebanon, CT where he died two years later.293

It seems that Roxbury Vital Records recorded his death, but he had actually moved to Connecticut a short time before.31
