There has been questions about which Thomas Mitchell is Experience’s son. A study in Mayflower Descendant (Vol 66, No 1, Winter 2018) looked at various deeds signed by Thomas Mitchell of Duxbury and Block Island and other Thomas Mitchells (New London, Malden). The son of Experience Mitchell signed with his mark TM not a signature. The other Thomas Mitchells all signed with full signatures.
